Product description

A 1000 L automatic CIP system is usually the point where a brewery or dairy stops hand-scrubbing vessels and starts running repeatable wash cycles. We build these skids around the real cleaning load — how many tanks, how long the pipe runs, and how much turnaround time the plant can afford between batches.

How the cleaning cycle runs

Caustic, acid, and hot rinse water sit in separate tanks. A supply pump pushes heated solution through the circuit at a set flow; return comes back through the same loop or a dedicated return pump, passes a strainer, and drops back into its tank. Temperature, flow, conductivity, and level confirm the recipe actually ran. On PLC units, the cycle is logged and repeatable instead of depending on whoever is on shift.

Configuration choices

Tank count follows your soil type: a single caustic tank with a rinse step suits simple beverage lines, while acid plus caustic plus hot water is common in dairies dealing with milk stone. Heating can be electric immersion elements or a steam coil and plate exchanger where plant steam is already available. Pump sizing matters more than tank size — an oversized pump on small-bore piping wastes energy and can cavitate.

Heating Electric immersion or steam coil / plate heat exchanger
Pump flow and pressure 10–50 m³/h at 3–6 bar, matched to line size
Working temperature Ambient to 80 °C (90 °C available)
Control Manual, semi-automatic, or PLC with HMI and recipe logging
Cleaning circuits Single or multiple, with air-blow and drain
Power supply 380–440 V, 3-phase, 50/60 Hz
Dimensions Skid-built to your floor layout
Custom options Tank volume, circuit count, automation level, piping and valve package

Where these skids go

Brewery fermenters and bright tanks, dairy silos and pasteurizer lines, juice and sauce kettles, cosmetic mixing vessels, and pharmaceutical transfer piping. In each case the cleaning recipe has to match the soil and the surface — a hot caustic that works on wort residue will attack nothing useful in a stainless tank, but the same program on thin-wall fittings needs a lower temperature and shorter contact time.

Common buying mistakes

Buyers often specify tank volume before they map the circuit length. A 1000 L tank serving 40 meters of pipe and six vessels behaves very differently from the same tank on two nearby tanks. Sending us a sketch of the layout and the pipe diameter prevents most of the surprises.

FAQ

Can one skid serve both a brewhouse and a packaging line? Yes, with a valve manifold and separate circuit programs, as long as the pump curve covers the longest run.

Do I need 316L? 304 handles most brewery and beverage duty; 316L is the usual pick for dairy, pharma, and chloride exposure.

What maintenance is realistic? Pump seals, element scaling, and strainer cleaning. Budget for descaling every few months on hard-water sites.

Send us your industry and product, tank and piping details, required cleaning capacity, available heat source, automation level, stainless grade, and installation location. Our engineering team will come back with a recommended configuration and a factory-direct quote.

Customer Review

We ordered a complete peanut butter processing line, and overall we’ve been very happy with it. The equipment arrived well packed and everything was installed and tested without major issues. The line runs smoothly, and the mixing and processing have been consistent. Our peanut butter comes out with a good texture, and the equipment is not difficult for our operators to use and clean. The support from the supplier was also helpful during setup. So far, it has been a good investment for our production.
