Most CIP problems we get called about are not pump problems. They come from a skid sized for the wrong circuit volume, or a return line that never reaches turbulent flow. Our fully automatic integrated CIP system is built to be matched to your tanks, piping, and soil load — 304 or 316L stainless, single skid, factory-tested before shipment.
How the cleaning cycle runs
Pre-rinse, alkaline wash, intermediate rinse, acid stage if your scale calls for it, final rinse, sanitize. The PLC holds each step on temperature, flow, and time; conductivity feedback confirms detergent strength before the supply pump pushes solution through the circuit and back to its tank. Recovered solution is reheated and reused until the batch is spent.
Where a plant runs several vessels, we usually split them into circuits grouped by volume and soil type, so the pump runs near its efficient point instead of being throttled back for one small tank.
What it cleans
Fermenters, bright beer tanks, mixing and holding vessels, pasteurizers, heat exchangers, fillers, transfer headers, and product piping. Juice with pulp and sugar-based beverage residue need higher velocity than dairy — give us pipe diameter and run length and we size pump head and spray coverage from that, not from habit.

Choosing a tank configuration
Two tanks is the common starting point: one caustic, one rinse. Three or four tanks pay off when acid, hot water, and sanitizer must stay separate, or when changeovers between product families are frequent. Electric heating suits smaller volumes; steam is cheaper to run once tank volumes climb into the thousands of liters.
Applications
Dairy, juice and beverage, brewery and distillery, sauce and liquid food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical processing. Cleaning parameters differ by soil and by the surface finish being cleaned — document them per circuit rather than running one recipe across the plant.
Questions we hear
What flow do I need? Target at least 1.5 m/s in the return line; 2 m/s where pulp or viscous residue is present. We confirm against your longest run.
Can a tank be added later? Yes, if we build the frame and manifold with spare space. Say so at order stage — retrofitting heat exchangers and level instruments is where cost creeps in.
304 or 316L? 316L for caustic and acid duty and washdown areas; 304 is workable for rinse-water contact on lighter service.
Tell us your industry and product, tank and piping details, required cleaning capacity per circuit, heat source, automation level, stainless grade, and installation site. We\’ll come back with a configuration, a drawing, and a quote.

Customer Review
We ordered a complete peanut butter processing line, and overall we’ve been very happy with it. The equipment arrived well packed and everything was installed and tested without major issues. The line runs smoothly, and the mixing and processing have been consistent. Our peanut butter comes out with a good texture, and the equipment is not difficult for our operators to use and clean. The support from the supplier was also helpful during setup. So far, it has been a good investment for our production.
