Two tanks on one skid, a single pump set, and a motor rated for the wet, sometimes solvent-laden atmosphere of a brewery or a chemical cleaning bay — that is the core of this unit. We build it for plants that wash fermenters, bright beer tanks, filler bowls, pasteurizers, and transfer lines on a fixed daily schedule and need the wash liquor to hold temperature between cycles.
Operation is simple to teach. Caustic or acid is made up in one vessel, rinse water in the other. The supply pump pushes liquor through spray balls, tank heads, line runs, and valve clusters, then returns it to the same tank or the opposite one, depending on whether you recover the chemical. A plate or shell-and-tube heater holds setpoint. Explosion-proof motor construction is what you specify when the skid sits in a classified area or where solvent-based cleaning agents are used.
Tank volume drives everything else. As a working rule, size each vessel for the volume of the largest circuit plus the hold-up in lines and the pump casing — undersized tanks dilute caustic fast and burn through chemical. Keep line velocity above 1.5 m/s in the return path so soil lifts instead of settling, and eliminate dead legs at valve tees.

Instrumentation choices matter more than catalogs suggest: temperature at the return, conductivity for phase separation, and level in each tank. Without conductivity feedback the operator guesses when to switch from caustic to rinse, which wastes water and risks carryover into product.
These skids run in dairy plants, beverage and juice lines, breweries, distilleries, sauce and liquid food operations, cosmetics batching, and pharmaceutical process areas. Requirements differ — a dairy CIP usually runs hotter with tighter documentation than a craft brewery wash.
Common questions
Can the tanks be sized for future expansion? Yes, but leave the pump curve headroom to match. A larger tank behind an undersized pump just slows the cycle.
Is explosion-proof construction always required? Only where the area classification or the cleaning chemistry calls for it. We confirm before quoting, since it changes motor, junction boxes, and cost.
Do you supply the circuits and valving? We can, along with spray devices, so the hydraulic path is designed as one system.
Tell us your process, tank and line volumes, required cleaning flow, heat source, automation level, stainless grade, and installation site. We will size the tanks and recommend a configuration, then quote from our factory.

We ordered a complete peanut butter processing line, and overall we’ve been very happy with it. The equipment arrived well packed and everything was installed and tested without major issues. The line runs smoothly, and the mixing and processing have been consistent. Our peanut butter comes out with a good texture, and the equipment is not difficult for our operators to use and clean. The support from the supplier was also helpful during setup. So far, it has been a good investment for our production.
