What a 100L mobile CIP cart is for
Most plants don\’t need a fixed clean-in-place skid for every loop. They need something that can be wheeled to a line, connected to a pipeline or tank circuit, and run through a wash cycle without tearing the process apart. That\’s the job of this unit: a 100L stainless cleaning vehicle that carries the tank, pump, and connections on a single frame.
Production engineers usually come to us after a manual brush-and-bucket routine stops keeping up — the line has to be cleaned and back in service before the next batch, and documentation of the wash cycle matters more than it used to.
How a cleaning cycle runs
Caustic or detergent is drawn from the tank, circulated through the pipeline loop, and returned. Then a rinse, then an acid stage if the soil calls for it. Temperature, flow, and contact time do the actual work; the cart just has to deliver them consistently. On our build, the return pump handles low-pressure recovery while the circulation pump pushes through the circuit.
Choosing tank and flow capacity
Tank volume follows the circuit volume plus the wash solution you want to keep in reserve. A 100L tank often suits short loops — filling heads, transfer lines, small vessels. Long runs or large bore pipe may need 200L or more, and we\’d rather size that up front than sell you a cart that runs dry mid-cycle.
Heating, controls, and monitoring
Electric immersion heating is simpler to install where steam isn\’t available; steam through a heat exchanger heats faster and costs less to run where a boiler is nearby. Control ranges from manual valves to semi-automatic with timers, up to PLC with recipe storage and logged temperature, flow, pressure, and level data.

| Control | Manual, semi-automatic, or PLC |
| Cleaning circuits | Single loop or multiple with changeover |
| Power | Three-phase, voltage per installation site |
| Dimensions | Per general arrangement drawing |

Where these carts get used
Dairy lines, beverage and brewery transfer piping, sauce and liquid food processing, cosmetics batching, and pharmaceutical equipment cleaning. Requirements differ widely by soil type and hygiene program, so we size to your process rather than a generic spec.
FAQ
Can it clean more than one line? Yes, with a changeover manifold; each circuit needs its own flow check.
Is 316L necessary? Not always. It matters with chloride exposure or aggressive acid stages.
Who installs it? Most customers connect it themselves; we supply the piping drawings.

We ordered a complete peanut butter processing line, and overall we’ve been very happy with it. The equipment arrived well packed and everything was installed and tested without major issues. The line runs smoothly, and the mixing and processing have been consistent. Our peanut butter comes out with a good texture, and the equipment is not difficult for our operators to use and clean. The support from the supplier was also helpful during setup. So far, it has been a good investment for our production.
