Mobile Batch High Shear Mixer for Multi-Vessel Production
This 1.5–11 kW unit is a mobile high shear mixer for plants that need one machine across several vessels, transfer points, or trial runs. A pneumatic lift raises and lowers the mixing head; rollers let operators move the frame where layout and services allow. We build it as an industrial high shear mixer for dispersing, emulsifying, and powder wet-in.
Motor power spans 1.5 to 11 kW. Voltage is confirmed at order from 220V to 480V, including frequency and phase. An optional VFD turns it into a high shear mixer with VFD control up to 3000 rpm depending on motor and configuration. FAQ
Can one unit handle different batch sizes? Often within limits, but container size and head position must be checked. Too small a vessel can create poor vortexing; a very large one may need a different shaft length.
Is a VFD necessary? Not always. It helps when shear must change with viscosity or powder dispersion. Fixed speed can work for repeat formulations.
Mobile or fixed? Choose mobile when the mixer serves multiple vessels and services allow. Fixed mounting suits dedicated lines and tighter hygiene control.
