Movable high shear mixing for batch production
Ace Mixer builds this 2.2 kW industrial high shear mixer for batch mixing where the vessel stays in place and the high shear head moves to the product. A lifting frame and casters let operators position the working head over drums, tanks, or shallow vessels without transferring the batch. It handles high shear dispersing, emulsifying, and powder incorporation into liquids. Wetted stainless steel parts can be specified in SS316L, with other contact materials confirmed against the formulation and cleaning routine.
Speed control is available through a VFD, with adjustment up to 3,000 rpm depending on motor and configuration. Motor power spans 1.5 kW to 11 kW across models; the 2.2 kW version is a common mid-range choice for pilot and small production batches. Voltage is configured to 220–480 V, and we confirm frequency, phase, and electrical details for the destination market. We do not quote a single maximum batch capacity because viscosity, solids loading, and vessel geometry change the working range.
