This unit is a batch high shear mixer built around the way cosmetic gels, paints, and carbomer dispersions are actually made. The electric lift raises and lowers the mixing head, and casters let you move it between vessels or workstations when plant layout permits. We configure the motor, controls, shaft, and contact parts to match the batch, not the other way round.
Motor power ranges from 1.5 kW to 11 kW. An optional VFD makes this a variable speed high shear mixer with adjustable control from 0 to 3000 rpm depending on motor and configuration. Voltage can be set to 220V–480V; we confirm frequency, phase, and local electrical requirements before quoting. Wetted parts can be stainless steel, with material grade and head style selected after reviewing viscosity, solids loading, and cleaning routine.
