This Ace Mixer 5.5 kW (7.5 hp) single-stage high-shear pump mounts directly in a pipeline or loop. Product passes through a high-speed rotor-stator, so emulsifying, dispersing, homogenizing, and powder wet-out happen as the material moves. If your plant already has transfer pumps and tanks, this is a compact way to add shear without another batch vessel.
Single-stage means one rotor-stator set. It creates an intense shear zone in a short flow path. Actual droplet size, viscosity change, dispersion quality, and particle-size reduction depend on your formulation, solids, temperature, and flow rate, so we size the head around the duty rather than promise a fixed result.
