Our movable high shear dispersing homogenizer is aimed squarely at that stage: the shear head pulls powder into the liquid and breaks down agglomerates before they cause trouble downstream.

What to work out before requesting a quote
Batch volume and tank geometry come first, since a head sized for 200 L behaves differently in a 2,000 L vessel. Then viscosity and solids loading, because those set the motor power and the shear head design. Electrical supply matters more than buyers expect; a 50 Hz service at three-phase 380V will not take the same drive as a 60 Hz 460V installation. Tell us the contact materials the product demands, and whether the unit stays on one tank or moves between several.
