Ace Mixer builds this mobile lifting high shear mixer for plants needing one batch high shear mixer to handle several vessels without tying up a fixed line. Rollers let operators move it between mixing tanks and processing stations where layout and floor conditions allow. The lifting frame positions the rotor-stator head at the right working height for the vessel.
We configure the drive around the product, not the other way around. Motor power ranges from 1.5 kW to 11 kW. With a VFD, this variable speed high shear mixer can be set from 0 to 3000 rpm depending on selected motor and configuration. Voltage is confirmed for the destination market from 220V to 480V, including frequency and phase. Tell us the local electrical supply before order.
High shear action supports dispersing, emulsifying, and powder incorporation into liquid. For shampoo, shower gel, creams, and similar personal care products, the mixing head, shaft, and wetted stainless steel parts can be specified to suit viscosity, solids, and cleaning routine. We do not quote shear gap or batch capacity without the vessel details; those choices affect results.
How to choose a batch high shear mixer
Start with batch size and vessel geometry. A mixer that works in a narrow tank can behave differently in a wide cone-bottom vessel. Product viscosity and solids loading determine whether a high shear mixer for powder dispersion is enough or a combined disperser is needed. Target rpm and motor power should follow the hardest product you run, not the easiest. For multi-tank rooms, a mobile high shear mixer often makes sense; for dedicated high-volume lines, a fixed industrial high shear mixer may be cleaner to operate.
