Automatic CIP Washing System for Dairy, Food, and Beverage Plants
A CIP skid has one job: move detergent, rinse water, and heat through the right circuit at the right flow, temperature, and time. Dairy lines, beverage fillers, brewhouse vessels, sauce kettles, and cosmetic or pharmaceutical process piping all leave residue that manual cleaning struggles to reach. We build automatic clean-in-place systems around the vessel count, pipe route, and cleaning cycle your plant actually runs.
Typical cycles use a pre-rinse, alkaline wash, intermediate rinse, acid wash when needed, final rinse, and optional sanitizing step. Return flow, conductivity, temperature, and pressure tell the PLC whether the circuit is ready. Pump selection matters: too little flow leaves low-velocity branches behind; too much can damage valves or gaskets. Tank volume should match the largest circuit and rinse water demand, not just the skid footprint.
Common configurations
Single, double, triple, or multi-tank layouts; caustic and acid tanks; hot water tanks; electric or steam heating; supply and return pumps; stainless piping, valves, and fittings; temperature, flow, pressure, and level monitoring; manual, semi-automatic, or PLC/HMI control. These are options, not standard features. We confirm each one against the project scope.

The table is a planning range. Final specifications depend on circuit volume, soil load, and utility limits.
Where CIP systems fit
Dairy processors, breweries, wineries, juice and soft drink lines, sauce and liquid food plants, cosmetic mixing rooms, and pharmaceutical process piping use CIP systems. Cleaning requirements vary with soil load, pipe diameter, surface finish, and rinse water quality. We review those details before recommending tank size or circuit count. We fabricate the skid, tanks, piping, and control panel in-house, and our engineers review utility limits, layout, and maintenance access with your team.
FAQ
Can one skid serve several lines? Yes, with proper circuit separation and valve control. We map dead legs and return routes first.
Do I need acid and caustic tanks? Only if your cleaning regime requires both. Some plants run alkaline wash and sanitizing rinse; others need acid for mineral scale.
How much space is required? It depends on tank volume, pump arrangement, and service access. Send a layout sketch.

We ordered a complete peanut butter processing line, and overall we’ve been very happy with it. The equipment arrived well packed and everything was installed and tested without major issues. The line runs smoothly, and the mixing and processing have been consistent. Our peanut butter comes out with a good texture, and the equipment is not difficult for our operators to use and clean. The support from the supplier was also helpful during setup. So far, it has been a good investment for our production.
