1000 to 5000L Electric Mixing Tank Flow Gauge for Soap Shampoo Jam Sauce
Electric mixing tanks from 1000 to 5000 liters support controlled batch processing of soap, shampoo, jam, and sauce. The electric drive, agitator, stainless steel construction, optional heating, and flow gauge are configured around viscosity, solids, temperature, cleaning chemicals, and transfer requirements. This approach helps plants specify a tank that matches actual production conditions rather than relying on capacity alone.

1000 to 5000L Electric Mixing Tank with Flow Gauge
Production teams typically specify this tank when liquid products require controlled blending, repeatable transfer, and a vessel sized for batch output between 1000 and 5000 liters. Soap, shampoo, jam, and sauce place different demands on the mixing system: low-viscosity liquids may need gentle circulation, while concentrated sauces and fruit preparations can require higher torque and careful control of shear.
We build the vessel configuration around the product rather than selecting one agitator for every batch. Stainless steel grade depends on chemistry, salt content, acidity, cleaning agents, and sanitary requirements. SS304 may suit many general applications; SS316 or an equivalent corrosion-resistant grade is commonly evaluated when chloride exposure or aggressive ingredients are present. Welds can be ground and polished where cleanability matters, while the required surface finish should be confirmed before fabrication. Mechanical seals, gaskets, ports, and manways also need compatibility with the process and cleaning temperature.
Drive and Process Design
The electric motor, reducer, shaft, and impeller are selected from viscosity, density, solids content, batch height, and target mixing time. An anchor or scraper-style agitator can help move viscous products along the vessel wall; a pitched-blade or turbine arrangement may be more suitable for circulation in lower-viscosity liquids. Excessive speed can introduce foam in shampoo or entrain air in sauces, so variable-speed control is often more useful than simply increasing motor power.
Heating may be added through a jacket or another approved thermal system when melting, cooking, or viscosity control is required. Temperature sensors and controls are specified around the product range and heat-transfer duty. The flow gauge should be defined by the transfer medium, expected flow range, connection size, and required accuracy. It should not be selected independently of the pump and piping.

Common Questions
Can one tank handle all four products? Possibly, but the agitator, seal materials, cleaning method, and operating sequence must be reviewed. What should accompany a quotation request? Send batch size, viscosity, density, temperature, ingredients, solids percentage, cleaning chemicals, required cycle time, electrical standard, and transfer flow rate. These details allow our engineers to recommend a practical configuration instead of an oversized drive or unsuitable finish.
Begin with the largest required batch, usable working volume, and the most demanding product. Then confirm headspace, access, discharge height, heating duty, and installation limits. A process data sheet and layout sketch usually resolve configuration questions faster than a capacity figure alone.
