Ace Mixer builds this sanitary high-shear pump for plants that need to disperse powders, emulsify liquids, or reduce lumps while product is moving. The multi-stage rotor-stator works in a pipe or recirculation loop, so the tank can stay closed and the batch does not rely on an open agitator reaching every corner. We match the 380 V, 50 Hz motor to viscosity, solids load, and target flow; a VFD is available when shear needs to change by recipe.
The jacketed housing helps hold process temperature during sustained shear. The hopper supports controlled powder addition, and the water tank is useful for flush, premix, or washdown routines. Wetted parts are stainless steel. Seals, connections, and contact materials are selected around your product, cleaning chemicals, and duty cycle.
What the pump does in the line
Product enters the rotor-stator head and passes through staged shear zones. That action breaks agglomerates, wets powders, and drives oil-water or solid-liquid dispersion. It suits continuous runs and recirculation loops. Results depend on formulation, temperature, feed rate, and rotor speed, so we size the unit from your process data rather than a generic curve.

Can it run in a recirculation loop? Yes. Most installations use a tank-to-pump loop or inline feed. We confirm NPSH, flow, and back pressure before release.
Will it eliminate all lumps? No single pump can guarantee that. Powder feed method, wetting, viscosity, and rotor speed all matter.
