We build stainless steel tanks for industrial liquid handling. This 500L unit is a mobile storage and transfer vessel designed for water, oils, food ingredients, cosmetic bases, and similar non-corrosive or mildly corrosive products. It is not a pressurized or vacuum-rated container; for those applications, specify your requirements so we can engineer accordingly.
The tank is fabricated from SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, depending on the stored media and cleaning regime. For most food and cosmetic applications, SUS304 with a 2B finish works well. If you handle chlorides or acidic products, SUS316L is the safer choice. We weld with full penetration and grind the seams to a smooth, easy-to-clean surface. Interior welds are passivated to restore corrosion resistance.
The standard configuration includes a cone or dished bottom, a hinged top cover with a gasket, and a side-mounted discharge valve. We can add a bottom outlet, level indicator, or a simple agitator if needed. The unit is mounted on casters or legs with fork pockets, so it moves easily between production stations.
Applications include batch mixing, temporary storage, and product transfer in small-scale food processing, cosmetic manufacturing, and chemical blending. The 500L working volume is practical for pilot plants and small production lines.

FAQs
Can this tank handle vacuum or pressure? No. It is an atmospheric tank. For pressure or vacuum duty, we can design a rated vessel with thicker shell and appropriate heads.
What is the difference between SUS304 and SUS316L? SUS316L has molybdenum, which improves resistance to chlorides and acids. Use it if you store brine, some cleaning chemicals, or products with high salt content.
Can I get a custom size? Yes, we build to your dimensions. Tell us the required working volume and available floor space.
