We build stainless steel storage tanks for liquids that need to stay clean, stable, and safe over long periods. This is a welded, atmospheric-pressure vessel designed for water, chemical solutions, glue, and oil—not a one-size-fits-all tank, but a robust workhorse for industrial plants that value predictable performance.
The shell is made from 304 or 316L stainless steel, depending on what you store. For corrosive chemicals or frequent caustic washdowns, we recommend 316L. For water, non-chlorinated chemicals, and most oils, 304 is sufficient and more economical. We do not guess on material selection—send us your liquid\’s pH, temperature, and any chloride content, and we\’ll specify the right grade.
All welds are full penetration, ground smooth, and passivated. Interior surfaces are available in 2B, BA, or mirror polish, with a roughness of 0.4–0.8 µm for sanitary applications. If you need a sloped bottom for complete drainage, we fabricate a cone or dish bottom with a low-point outlet. Manways, vent caps, level sensors, and CIP spray balls are added based on your process layout.
We do not offer vacuum or pressure-rated versions of this tank unless you specifically request them—those require different wall thicknesses, head shapes, and stamped certifications. This tank is built for atmospheric service only. If you need pressure or vacuum, tell us the rating, and we\’ll design accordingly.
Typical uses include raw water storage, chemical dosing tanks, adhesive holding vessels, and lube oil reserve tanks. We have delivered similar units to food processing lines, textile dye houses, and small chemical plants. The tank is heavy-duty, with reinforced legs and lifting lugs, rated for outdoor installation.
