Automatic Lotion, Cream, Syrup and Mayonnaise Mixer with Homogenizer

An automatic mixing tank configured for lotions, creams, syrups, mayonnaise, and related products. Agitator and homogenizer selection depends on batch size, viscosity, ingredient sequence, and the texture required. Construction materials, seals, surface finish, heating, controls, and cleaning access can be specified around the formulation and production process. Share process details to develop a suitable equipment configuration.

Product description

Process-focused mixing for creams, sauces, and syrups

This automatic mixing tank is configured for products that need controlled blending, dispersion, or emulsification, including lotions, creams, syrups, mayonnaise, and similar sauces. The correct arrangement depends on batch size, viscosity, ingredient addition sequence, and the texture required. A rotor-stator homogenizer can reduce droplets and disperse ingredients, while a separate anchor or sweep agitator helps move bulk material around the vessel. These duties are related but not interchangeable: a homogenizer alone may leave viscous product poorly circulated.

Construction and configuration

We select wetted materials to suit the formulation and cleaning method. Stainless steel grade, typically specified by the product chemistry and regulatory requirements, should be confirmed before fabrication; 304 or 316L may be considered where appropriate. Welds in product-contact areas can be ground and polished to the finish agreed for the process. Surface finish, drainability, nozzle placement, and access for inspection all affect cleanability. Seal materials must also be checked against oils, solvents, cleaning chemicals, temperature, and operating speed.

Drive sizing is based on viscosity, batch geometry, and the required mixing time. The agitator, gearbox, motor, and homogenizer head are selected as a system, with speed control used where the process needs adjustable shear. Heating may be specified through a jacket or another suitable arrangement; the heat-transfer area and control method depend on product sensitivity, target temperature, and batch volume. Cooling, vacuum service, and automated recipe controls can be evaluated when the process calls for them.

Planning specifications

Item Configuration basis
Working capacity Set from batch volume, headspace, and foaming behavior
Wetted construction Grade and finish selected for product and cleaning regime
Mixing system Agitator and homogenizer matched to viscosity and texture
Heating and controls Defined by temperature profile and process requirements
Discharge and cleaning Specified around transfer method and wash procedure

Common questions

Can one machine handle different products? Often, but changeover, seal compatibility, cleaning access, and shear requirements must be reviewed for each formulation.

What should be included in a quote request? Send batch size, ingredient list or product properties, viscosity range, temperature profile, desired texture, cleaning method, and electrical or site constraints. These details let our engineers recommend a practical configuration rather than size the equipment from the product name alone.

Customer Review

We ordered a complete peanut butter processing line, and overall we’ve been very happy with it. The equipment arrived well packed and everything was installed and tested without major issues. The line runs smoothly, and the mixing and processing have been consistent. Our peanut butter comes out with a good texture, and the equipment is not difficult for our operators to use and clean. The support from the supplier was also helpful during setup. So far, it has been a good investment for our production.
