We build this 500L reactor for production lines where emulsion quality and batch consistency matter more than flashy features. It is a double-layer stainless steel vessel with electric heating, a high-shear mixer, and vacuum capability—engineered for processes like cosmetic creams, pharmaceutical ointments, and chemical dispersions that require controlled heating, homogenization, and deaeration in one unit.
The inner shell is welded from 304 or 316L stainless steel, depending on your material compatibility needs. We polish internal surfaces to a mirror finish (Ra ≤ 0.4 µm) to meet hygiene standards and make cleaning between batches straightforward. The outer layer acts as a heating jacket, and we fit electric heating elements that allow precise temperature control from ambient up to 150°C, with cooling options available for exothermic reactions. The reactor is rated for vacuum operation, which helps remove air bubbles during emulsification and improves product stability.
Our high-shear agitator combines a bottom-mounted homogenizer with a counter-rotating anchor scraper. This setup handles viscosities up to 50,000 cP, producing fine droplets and uniform particle size. The shaft seal is a mechanical double seal with a flush reservoir, so you can run under vacuum without leakage. All contact parts are made of stainless steel, and the control panel can be integrated with your existing PLC system.
