1000L Stainless Steel Autoclave Reactor for Continuous Stirred Mixing
This 1000-liter reactor is built for processes that demand reliable mixing under controlled pressure and temperature. We manufacture it from 316L or 304 stainless steel, depending on your material compatibility requirements. The vessel is fully welded with smooth, crevice-free seams, and the interior surface is electropolished to a Ra ≤ 0.4 µm finish for easy cleaning and contamination control.
The jacket is designed for either heating or cooling, using steam, thermal oil, or chilled water. We can also fit an internal coil for processes that need rapid temperature response. The agitator system can be configured as an anchor, turbine, or paddle type, with variable-speed drives to handle viscosities from low to moderately high. A mechanical seal or magnetic drive is available for applications requiring zero leakage, such as pharmaceutical intermediates or specialty chemicals.
Standard operating pressure ranges from full vacuum to 1.0 MPa, with design temperature up to 180°C. For higher pressure or temperature, we adjust the wall thickness and flange rating accordingly. All wetted parts can be supplied with material test certificates, and the unit can be built to meet cGMP or ASME standards if your process requires it.
