We build these 100L, 200L, and 300L stainless steel tanks for shops and plants that need clean, reliable liquid storage without paying for a custom fabrication run. If you handle chemicals, oils, glues, or food products, this is a straightforward piece of equipment that does its job without fuss.

Material & Manufacturing

Standard build is SUS304, with SUS316L available for more aggressive chemicals or chloride-heavy washdowns. The interior gets a sanitary polish — typically 180–320 grit — which makes it easier to clean and less likely to harbor bacteria or residue. All welds are full penetration and passivated after welding to restore corrosion resistance. We use argon arc welding (TIG) for consistent, clean seams.

The tank body is formed from a single rolled sheet, with a dished or flat bottom depending on your discharge needs. The top can be open, fully sealed with a manhole, or fitted with a clamp-on lid. You specify the inlet/outlet sizes and locations when ordering.

These tanks show up in food processing lines, cosmetic batch rooms, water treatment skids, and small chemical plants. They hold everything from drinking water and cooking oil to industrial adhesives and diluted acids. We cannot stress enough: check chemical compatibility before ordering. SUS304 handles a wide range of products, but if you\’re storing hydrochloric acid or ferric chloride, you need a different material entirely.

FAQ

Q: Can I use this for potable water?
Yes, with SUS304 and a clean interior finish, it\’s suitable for drinking water storage. Specify that it\’s for potable use so we can ensure the gaskets and fittings are food-grade.

Q: What\’s the difference between SUS304 and SUS316L here?
SUS316L adds molybdenum, which improves resistance to chlorides and acids. If you\’re storing brine, bleach solutions, or anything with high chloride content, go with 316L. For most oils, glues, and general water, 304 is sufficient.

Q: Can you add a mixer or heating coil?
Yes. We can weld a mixer bracket on top or install a side-entry mixer port. Heating options include an external jacket or internal coil. Provide the product viscosity and target temperature so we can size it correctly.

Q: What about cleaning?
For manual cleaning, a manhole and bottom drain are essential. If you need CIP (clean-in-place), we can add spray balls and a return line connection. Let us know your cleaning protocol.
