The head combines high-speed shear with circulation in a batch vessel, so shampoos, shower gels, lotions, and xanthan-thickened creams can be processed in the same equipment family when the head, speed, and materials match the product.
Because batch size and viscosity drive the layout, we do not quote a single fixed model for every line. Motor power ranges from 1.5 kW to 55 kW. A VFD is available for adjustable speed control from 0 to 3000 rpm, depending on motor and configuration. Voltage can be confirmed for 220V to 480V, including frequency, phase, and local electrical arrangement. Wetted parts are available in 304 or 316L stainless steel.
