Batch High Shear Mixing for Creams Shampoos and Coatings
When a batch separates, agglomerates, or leaves powder on the tank wall, the mixer head and drive package usually matter more than tank size. Our batch high shear mixer is built for repeatable dispersion, emulsification, and powder wet-out in one vessel. It suits cream, shampoo, water-based paint, cosmetic soap, and similar formulations where rotor-stator action must match viscosity and solids loading.
We configure each unit of high shear mixing equipment around the product. Motor power ranges from 1.5 kW to 55 kW. Optional VFD control gives adjustable speed from 0 to 3000 rpm, depending on motor and configuration. Voltage is confirmed for the destination market from 220V to 480V, including frequency and phase.
