When your process requires dependable bulk liquid storage, the tank itself becomes the backbone of your operation. We manufacture 40m³, 50m³, and 60m³ vertical storage tanks from SS304, designed for water, wastewater, and a range of non-corrosive industrial liquids. These are not off-the-shelf drums; they are welded vessels built to hold up under continuous service.

We fabricate the shell and bottom from SS304 plate with a thickness selected according to the tank\’s diameter and the specific gravity of the intended contents. All welds are executed by certified welders using TIG or MIG processes, with full penetration on critical seams. After welding, the interior and exterior surfaces are pickled and passivated to restore the corrosion-resistant oxide layer. Interior welds are ground smooth to eliminate crevices where bacteria or residue could accumulate, which is a practical necessity for repeated washdowns and hygienic processes.

Standard construction includes a cone or flat bottom, an open or closed top with a manhole for access, and connections sized to your piping. For outdoor installations, we brace the shell and roof properly to handle wind load and minor vacuum conditions during cleaning. If your application involves heating or cooling, we can fit the tank with an external half-pipe coil or internal heat exchange surface. Mixing, level control, and CIP spray balls are available as add-ons, but we always recommend confirming the process requirements before fabrication, since retrofitting a large tank is far more costly than building it right the first time.

SS304 is a solid choice for potable water, food ingredients, and mild chemical solutions. However, if you are storing chloride-rich brines, acidic products, or anything that will be subject to aggressive sanitization with chlorine or peracetic acid, we would steer you toward SS316L for better pitting resistance. We can quote either grade, but the selection should be driven by your chemistry, not by a generic spec sheet.
