We build vertical water storage tanks for municipal, commercial, and industrial drinking water systems. This 25,000-liter unit is a straightforward, well-engineered vessel for bulk water storage where reliability and material integrity matter more than decorative features.
The tank is available in either SS304 or SS316L. For potable water, SS304 is usually sufficient and more economical. If the water source has higher chloride levels, or if the tank will be cleaned with aggressive sanitizers, SS316L gives extra corrosion resistance. We weld with TIG, using full penetration on the shell seams and a sanitary finish on all interior welds. Interior surfaces are pickled and passivated, and we can polish to a 0.4 µm Ra if your spec requires it.
This vertical tank has a dished or flat bottom, depending on your drainage needs. The standard top is a sealed manhole with a vent, but we can add a pressure/vacuum relief valve, level sensors, or a CIP spray ball. The tank is designed for atmospheric storage only—if your process requires pressure or vacuum service, that\’s a different vessel entirely, and we\’ll quote accordingly.
Typical applications include raw or finished drinking water storage, rainwater harvesting, and water treatment buffer tanks. It also suits food-grade liquid storage where the material and finish meet FDA or EU requirements, but verify compatibility with your specific liquid before ordering.
