We build vertical stainless steel storage tanks for facilities that handle chemicals, water, oil, and other industrial liquids. This is not a one-size-fits-all vessel. It is a welded, atmospheric-pressure tank designed around the specific demands of your process—whether that means storing raw materials, intermediate products, or finished liquids before packaging or further treatment.
The tank shell is fabricated from rolled stainless steel plate, typically SUS304 or SUS316L depending on the stored medium. For corrosive chemicals or chloride-heavy environments, we recommend 316L. For general water storage or less aggressive fluids, 304 is a practical and cost-effective choice. All welds are fully penetrated and passivated. Interior surfaces can be finished to Ra ≤ 0.8 µm where hygiene matters, or left with a standard 2B mill finish for less critical duties.
We pay attention to the details that affect long-term service life. The bottom is dished or cone-shaped to allow complete drainage. The top is fitted with a manhole for inspection and cleaning. Connections for inlet, outlet, vent, and level instrumentation are welded in place before final surface treatment—so there are no threaded fittings protruding into the tank interior to trap product or harbor bacteria.
Customization is a normal part of our workflow. We can add insulation and cladding for temperature-sensitive liquids, install heating coils or cooling jackets, fit agitator mounting flanges, or provide leg supports versus saddle supports depending on your installation space. If you need a vacuum-rated or pressure-rated vessel, that is a different design entirely—and we will tell you so before quoting.
