Batch sizes change. That is usually why an industrial high shear mixer ends up on casters instead of a fixed skid. The unit rolls to the tank, the electric lift sets the rotor-stator head at the working level, and the batch runs where the vessel already sits — no transfer line, no pump loop to clean out afterward.
We build this as a batch high shear mixer around the process, not around a catalog frame. Motor, head, controls, and wetted metallurgy get selected after we know what is going into the tank.

Matching the machine to the batch
Three details decide the configuration: batch size and vessel geometry, how viscosity behaves under shear, and the head design that suits your solids. A thin beverage concentrate and a 30,000 cP cream do not share a stator. Powders that wet out slowly need different tip speed than a simple oil-in-water dispersion. Send us the vessel diameter and fill height — a shaft too short for the tank aerates the batch instead of mixing it.
Electrical supply trips up more orders than mixing does. With a VFD, the machine works as a variable speed high shear mixer, but confirm voltage, frequency, and phase before quoting; a 60 Hz motor on a 50 Hz supply loses speed and output.
Where these units run
Liquid soap and detergent lines, cosmetic creams and lotions, beverage concentrates, pharmaceutical and healthcare preparations, chemical intermediates, and compatible paint and coating formulations. Powder dispersion into liquid is routine here, as is liquid-liquid emulsification. Suitability always returns to viscosity, ingredients, and process parameters — head, materials, and operating settings follow from those, not the other way around.
FAQ
Can it move between tanks? Yes, where layout allows. Check aisle width and floor condition first; casters and uneven drain slopes are a poor combination.
Is explosion-proof construction available? Electrical classification is project-specific. Send the area rating and we will confirm what can be supplied.
Can speed change mid-batch? With VFD control, yes — useful when a powder needs slower incorporation before the shear step.
