Product description

Liquid Soap Production Line and Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer

Liquid soap batches can be difficult to reproduce when surfactants, thickeners, fragrances, and other additives enter at different stages. A vacuum emulsifying mixer can support controlled blending and dispersion, but the vessel and mixing package should match the actual formula. Some low-viscosity products may need only gentle agitation; high-surfactant or thickened batches may require a different impeller or high-shear head.

We configure the production line around batch size, viscosity, ingredient addition sequence, cleaning method, and required transfer arrangements. Vacuum operation can help remove entrained air where appearance or filling consistency makes deaeration important. It is not automatically required for every liquid soap recipe.

Construction and process configuration

Product-contact parts are commonly specified in stainless steel such as 304 or 316, with the grade selected against the formula, cleaning chemicals, and site requirements. Wetted surfaces, weld quality, and polish level should be agreed before fabrication; a cosmetic finish is not a substitute for cleanable welds or compatible materials. Seal materials also need review for fragrance oils, solvents, temperature, and cleaning agents.

Heating may be included when the formula needs warm processing or easier dissolution. The heating method and control arrangement depend on the batch temperature, utility availability, and heat sensitivity of ingredients. Agitator geometry, motor and gearbox sizing, and any high-shear rotor-stator are selected for the product’s viscosity and mixing duty. Excessive shear can create foam or affect sensitive ingredients, while insufficient circulation can leave poorly dispersed thickener.

Configuration factors

Item Determined by
Working volume Batch size, headspace, and operating fill range
Agitation and drive Viscosity, density, addition sequence, and shear needs
Vacuum package Deaeration target, vessel design, and process steps
Heating and controls Recipe temperatures, utilities, and control requirements
Discharge and cleaning Product flow, transfer method, and washdown procedure

Common questions

Can one line make several soap formulas?
Often, but viscosity range, fragrance carryover, cleaning time, and changeover procedure must be reviewed against each recipe.

What information is needed for a recommendation?
Share batch size, ingredient list or chemical compatibility data, viscosity range, process temperatures, addition sequence, target cycle time, cleaning method, and available electrical and heating utilities.

For a useful quotation, also provide the intended filling or transfer connection and any site or safety requirements. These details let our engineering team size the vessel, drive, heating, and vacuum configuration around the process rather than a title alone.

Customer Review

We ordered a complete peanut butter processing line, and overall we’ve been very happy with it. The equipment arrived well packed and everything was installed and tested without major issues. The line runs smoothly, and the mixing and processing have been consistent. Our peanut butter comes out with a good texture, and the equipment is not difficult for our operators to use and clean. The support from the supplier was also helpful during setup. So far, it has been a good investment for our production.
