This mobile-lift disperser is intended for batches that need rapid powder wet-out, pigment dispersion, or reduction of soft agglomerates in cosmetic liquids and pastes. A sawtooth blade creates localized shear and circulation; it is not a substitute for a bead mill when very fine particle-size reduction is required. We size the drive and blade around the actual batch, viscosity, ingredients, and required process result—not vessel volume alone.

The listed working-volume range is 50–5000 L, with configuration determined by the vessel and process. The lift structure, shaft length, blade diameter, motor power, and operating speed must suit the vessel geometry and the product’s changing viscosity.
