We build stainless steel storage tanks for a range of industries—food processing, cosmetics, essential oils, water treatment, and chemical handling. If you need a movable transfer container or a fixed vessel with a specific capacity, we can fabricate it to your process requirements.
The tank\’s material grade depends on what you store. For most food, beverage, and cosmetic applications, SUS304 offers good corrosion resistance and is cost-effective. For acidic products, saline solutions, or harsher chemical environments, SUS316L provides better pitting resistance. We weld with full penetration and back-purge with argon to ensure clean, oxidation-free seams. Interior surfaces are polished according to your requirements—from 180 grit for general industrial use to mirror finish for hygiene-sensitive processes.
We also pay attention to the details that affect daily operation: manholes sized for cleaning access, drain valves positioned for complete emptying, and leg or saddle designs that suit your installation floor. If you need heating or cooling, we can add a dimple jacket or half-pipe coil. For mixing, we can include top-entry agitators with appropriate shaft seals.
