Ace Mixer supplies this 4 kW (5.5 hp) pipeline one-stage high shear emulsifying pump for processors who need tighter emulsions, faster powder incorporation, and less manual intervention in a continuous or recirculation loop. The single-stage rotor-stator runs at high tip speed inside a compact housing. Product enters the working chamber, passes through the rotor-stator slots, and exits under pump pressure. Shear, cavitation, and turbulence act on the stream in one pass; recirculation increases exposure without requiring a separate batch mixer.

Many formulations run better when stabilizers, gums, starches, and thickeners meet the rotor-stator directly instead of being dumped into a slow-moving tank. Feed rate and dilution stage still need control. Get those right, and there are fewer lumps to chase and less time lost to manual mixing. Emulsion droplet size and dispersion quality depend on formulation, temperature, number of passes, and rotor-stator selection. We size the unit around those variables, not just motor power.
