Product description

Equipment for liquid soap and sanitizer production

Hand sanitizer, liquid detergent, dishwashing liquid, and disinfectant products can differ widely in viscosity, surfactant content, and sensitivity to air. We configure the mixing vessel and homogenizing system around the actual formula and batch size. A high-shear head can help disperse thickening agents or emulsified ingredients, while a slower sweep agitator may be needed to move viscous material from the vessel wall. Using high shear throughout a batch can introduce excess air or create unnecessary heat, so the mixing sequence matters.

Materials and fabrication

Wetted-part material is selected according to the formulation, cleaning chemicals, and required hygiene level. Stainless steel grade, surface finish, and any special corrosion requirements should be confirmed against the ingredients; no single grade suits every disinfectant or detergent. We specify weld preparation and finishing for product-contact areas to limit crevices where residue can collect. Seal materials also need review for compatibility with alcohols, surfactants, fragrances, and cleaning agents. Vessel access, drainability, and the intended cleaning method affect the design as much as the mixer itself.

Drive, temperature, and process control

Motor power, gearbox, agitator type, and homogenizer configuration depend on batch volume, viscosity, and required dispersion. Variable-speed control can support staged mixing, but the operating range must be matched to the selected drive and impeller. Heating or cooling may be unnecessary for some formulas; where temperature control is required, the heating method and control arrangement are chosen around the product’s process limits and heat-transfer needs. Share the target temperature range and whether the batch must be cooled after mixing.

FAQs

Can one machine handle several products? Often, but changeover, cleaning, seal compatibility, and the most demanding product must be reviewed. Is a homogenizer required? Not for every detergent or sanitizer; it depends on whether the formula needs fine dispersion or emulsion formation.

For a useful quotation, send batch size, formula or ingredient categories, viscosity range, process sequence, temperature limits, cleaning procedure, site power, and required production rate. These details let our engineers recommend a configuration without guessing at the duty.

We ordered a complete peanut butter processing line, and overall we’ve been very happy with it. The equipment arrived well packed and everything was installed and tested without major issues. The line runs smoothly, and the mixing and processing have been consistent. Our peanut butter comes out with a good texture, and the equipment is not difficult for our operators to use and clean. The support from the supplier was also helpful during setup. So far, it has been a good investment for our production.
