Product description

Built Around the Process, Not a Catalog Number

Fermenter sizing starts with the broth. Viscosity, solids loading, oxygen demand, and the temperature swing your culture or reaction needs decide jacket area, impeller type, and motor size. We ask those questions before quoting, because a unit sized on volume alone usually ends up short on mixing or oversized on utilities.

Materials and Fabrication

Product-contact surfaces are stainless steel, typically 304 or 316L, selected against chloride content and the cleaning chemistry in use. Interior welds are ground, blended, and polished, and we specify finish as an Ra value rather than a vague polish claim. Nozzle orientation, flange standards, and jacket style — dimple, half-pipe, or conventional — are matched to your existing utilities and piping. The agitator shaft seal, mechanical or magnetic drive, is chosen for working pressure and solvent mix.

Control and Operation

A PLC with touchscreen HMI runs the aeration, agitation, and temperature loops. Recipe storage, trend logging, and remote access can be added where batch documentation matters. Sensors sit in positions that allow removal for calibration without opening the vessel.

Where These Vessels Run

Microbial fermentation, cell culture, enzyme and probiotic production, food and beverage premix, cosmetic emulsions, and chemical reactions under vacuum or low pressure.

Before You Ask for a Quote

  • Material to be processed, chemistry, and concentration
  • Batch and working volume
  • Operating and design temperature
  • Atmospheric, pressure, or vacuum operation
  • Viscosity and solids content
  • Heating, cooling, or tight temperature control
  • Mixing target, cleaning and sealing requirements

FAQ

Can the same vessel handle vacuum and pressure? Only if the shell, jacket, and agitator seal are designed for both. Tell us the full range up front.

Which grade should I choose? 316L covers most fermentation and cleaning regimes; 304 is fine where chlorides are absent and budgets are tight.

How is mixing performance confirmed? We size the impeller from viscosity and solids data, then confirm speed and power at the quoted duty.

Send us your material, batch volume, operating temperature, pressure or vacuum condition, and mixing requirement. Our engineers will come back with a configuration, drawing, and price instead of a generic data sheet.

Customer Review

We ordered a complete peanut butter processing line, and overall we’ve been very happy with it. The equipment arrived well packed and everything was installed and tested without major issues. The line runs smoothly, and the mixing and processing have been consistent. Our peanut butter comes out with a good texture, and the equipment is not difficult for our operators to use and clean. The support from the supplier was also helpful during setup. So far, it has been a good investment for our production.
