We build this 9000-liter conical storage tank for facilities that need reliable liquid holding capacity without the footprint of a flat-bottom design. The 90HL volume suits mid-size processing lines, and the cone bottom gives you complete drainage—no pooling, no residual product left sitting in the tank after a run.
The tank is fabricated from stainless steel in the grade you specify. For most food, beverage, and cosmetic applications, SUS304 handles routine cleaning and contact with neutral products. If you\’re storing acidic solutions, brine, or anything with higher chloride content, we recommend SUS316L. The choice changes the corrosion profile and service life, so we don\’t guess—we confirm the product chemistry before we cut material.
All welds are full-penetration TIG welds. Interior surfaces are ground and polished to a finish you select, from a standard 2B mill finish up to a mirror polish for hygienic processing. The external surface can be left as-welded with pickling passivation or finished to match your plant\’s standards. The ladder is welded to the shell with a safety cage option available, depending on your local height regulations.
This tank handles a wide range of duties: wine and juice storage, edible oil holding, chemical intermediate storage, water treatment surge tanks, and liquid detergent production. It is not designed for pressure or vacuum service. If your process requires a pressurized vessel or a vacuum-rated tank, that changes the shell thickness, head design, and weld inspection requirements—tell us upfront so we quote the right build.
Standard configurations include a sloped bottom outlet, vent with filter housing, level indicators, and CIP spray ball mounting. We can add insulation with a cladding jacket, heating panels, or a mixer mounting flange. Let us know your pipe connection sizes and whether you need a manual or pneumatic outlet valve.
