Ace Mixer builds this batch high shear mixer for plants that need one unit to handle changing batches without a fixed single-product line. The hydraulic lift frame positions the mixing head over the vessel, and the mobile base lets operators move the unit between tanks when the floor plan and utilities allow. If movement is not needed, the same platform can be specified for fixed installation.
Core configuration is selected around the product, not the catalog. Motor power ranges from 1.5 to 11 kW depending on viscosity, batch size and shear demand. Voltage is confirmed for the destination market from 220 to 480 V, including frequency and phase. A VFD option provides variable speed control up to 3000 rpm depending on motor and selected configuration. Contact parts can be supplied in stainless steel and other specified materials to suit the formulation and cleaning routine.
Mixing functions

FAQ
Can one unit run shampoo and thicker cream? Often yes, but the motor, head and speed range must be matched to the viscosity range and batch size. A variable speed high shear mixer with VFD is commonly requested for multi-product work.
Do you supply stainless steel contact parts? Yes. We specify stainless steel and other contact materials according to the product and cleaning requirements.
Can the mixer be moved between vessels? A mobile high shear mixer with casters can be moved where layout, floor condition and services permit. For tight layouts, fixed mounting may be more practical.
