Liquid Soap and Personal Care Mixing System

The process may combine powder or liquid additions, heating, agitation, and homogenization. The required sequence depends on the formula: surfactant systems can foam if mixed too aggressively, while thickened products may need stronger circulation to wet out gums and disperse ingredients evenly.
We confirm whether the stated capacity refers to working volume or vessel volume before sizing the tank. Batch size, viscosity during processing, ingredient addition method, and required turnover time all affect vessel geometry and drive selection.
