100L Electric Heated Liquid Glucose Syrup Mixing Machine
Glucose syrup processing often becomes difficult when viscosity rises during heating. Cold spots, localized scorching, and incomplete blending can affect batch consistency and increase cleaning time. We build this 100-liter electric heated mixing machine for controlled warming and agitation of liquid glucose syrup, with the working arrangement adjusted to the product, batch schedule, and plant utilities.
Construction and Process Considerations
Product-contact parts are commonly specified in stainless steel, with the grade selected according to syrup composition, cleaning chemicals, temperature, and sanitation requirements. Welds should be continuous where product can collect, then ground and polished to the required finish. Internal corners, outlet geometry, cover design, and gasket material all affect drainage and washdown performance. For food or pharmaceutical service, we review surface finish, elastomer compatibility, inspection access, and documentation before fabrication.
Electric heating can be arranged through a jacket or another engineered heat-transfer configuration, depending on the required temperature range and heat-up time. A properly sized temperature sensor and controller help prevent overheating at the vessel wall. Glucose syrup usually needs steady, moderate agitation rather than unnecessarily high shear; the impeller, shaft, motor, and gearbox are selected according to viscosity, fill level, solids content, and desired mixing time. Higher torque may be required during cold starts.
Typical Applications
This equipment is used in confectionery syrup preparation, bakery fillings, beverage bases, dessert toppings, pharmaceutical liquids, and selected cosmetic formulations. A candy producer may use it to maintain syrup flow before transfer, while a food plant may use the vessel for dissolving and blending ingredients before a downstream cooking or filling step.

Procurement Questions
Capacity alone does not determine the correct configuration. Send the target batch volume, syrup viscosity at operating and starting temperatures, heating setpoint, heat-up time, ingredient loading sequence, mixing time, cleaning method, discharge arrangement, available power, and required sanitary standards. We then size the heater and drive, confirm vessel geometry, and recommend suitable materials, seals, controls, and access features. This information prevents a common purchasing error: selecting a nominal 100-liter vessel without checking usable working volume, torque demand, or the actual heating duty.
