This 1000L SS316L storage tank is designed for transport and stationary use across chemical, beverage, juice, and drinking water applications. We fabricate it in our own workshop, where every weld and polish is checked by hand. The tank holds a full 1000 liters of working volume, with a sloped bottom for complete drainage—no stagnant pockets left behind.
Material choice matters. We use SS316L because it resists chloride corrosion better than 304, especially when the tank sees acidic juices, caustic cleaning solutions, or chlorinated water. The surface finish is mirror-polished inside (Ra ≤ 0.8 µm) to meet hygiene standards and make cleaning fast. Outside, we offer a brushed or matte finish depending on your preference.
Welds are full-penetration TIG, then ground and polished to blend with the parent metal. All openings—inlet, outlet, vent, manhole—are reinforced and positioned according to your process layout. The tank comes with four adjustable legs or a saddle base for transport. We can add insulation, a heating jacket, or a mixer if your process needs them.

Where It Works
This tank fits food and beverage lines—think juice storage, wine settling, or water treatment. It also handles mild chemicals like detergents or polymer solutions, as long as the pH range is within SS316L limits. We do not recommend it for strong acids or chlorides above 500 ppm without checking compatibility first.

Standard version is atmospheric only. For pressure or vacuum, we need to redesign the shell thickness and head shape—contact us with your rated pressure.
