Our mobile lift type high shear mixer unit is a batch high shear mixer for plants that need one mixer to serve several vessels, rooms, or process lines. The frame runs on casters, so your team can move it between mixing containers where layout and floor conditions allow. If your process is fixed at one tank, a stationary frame is usually simpler to maintain and easier to pipe.
The unit handles high-speed shearing, dispersion, emulsification, and powder incorporation into liquids. We configure the motor, VFD, voltage, mixing head, and wetted parts around the product, not the other way around. Xanthan gum solutions, cosmetic creams, shampoo, jam, sauces, and similar formulations behave differently in the tank. Viscosity, solids loading, and container geometry decide the head design and power requirement.
