We build stainless steel storage tanks for process lines that run continuously, not for showrooms. This cooling jacket tank is designed for chemical, water, and liquid processing systems where temperature control and material durability are non-negotiable.
The tank body is fabricated from food-grade or industrial-grade stainless steel, depending on your application. For most chemical and water duties, SUS304 offers a solid balance of corrosion resistance and cost. If you\’re storing chlorides, acids, or anything that attacks standard 304, we\’ll switch to SUS316L. That decision should be made early, based on the actual chemistry of your product, not on a generic spec sheet.
Welds are full penetration, autogenous where possible, and passivated after welding to restore the oxide layer. Interior surfaces are polished to your specified Ra value. For chemical service, we typically recommend a 0.8 to 1.2 µm finish, but if you need a mirror polish for CIP or sanitary standards, we can go finer. The cooling jacket is dimple or half-pipe style, sized to match your cooling medium flow and heat load.
We include the fittings you specify: inlet, outlet, vent, manway, level probes, temperature sensors, and spray balls for cleaning. If you need agitation, we can add a top-mounted agitator with a mechanical seal. Everything is TIG welded, no threaded inserts inside the product zone, so there are no crevices to trap residue.

What if I need a pressure vessel?
Vacuum or pressure service requires a different design, thicker shell, and stamped code compliance. We can build to ASME or CE, but let us know upfront so we don\’t quote a non-code tank.
Can you match my existing piping connections?
Yes. Provide the flange standard, size, and location. We\’ll weld the correct nozzles before final polishing.
