We configure this 500L homogenizer mixer around the formula and batch sequence, not the tank size alone. It is intended for products such as dishwashing liquid, car and floor cleaners, liquid soap, polish, and selected oil-based blends. A rotor-stator head can help disperse powders, break down agglomerates, or form an emulsion, while a separate low-speed agitator may be needed to circulate a viscous batch and limit settling. The right arrangement depends on viscosity, solids, shear sensitivity, and the required batch time.

Confirm whether 500L is the vessel’s nominal capacity or the target working volume. Foam, headspace, powder addition, and recirculation affect usable volume.
